How to sign in

The Students' Union sign-in system uses the same credentials as University systems, i.e. your u1234567@uel.ac.uk username and password. However, your account may not be immediately available. Your details are passed overnight from the University system to our system.

If you enrolled with the University today, please wait until tomorrow before trying to activate your Students' Union account. If you enrolled before today, you should be able to activate your account immediately by signing in using your University username and password.

Unicaf students are not members of East London Students' Union and cannot sign in.

If you have any queries about signing in, please email students.union@uel.ac.uk , providing as many details as you can and including a screenshot.

Please do not attempt to create an account using a personal email address, e.g. Gmail, Sky, BT. Only @uel.ac.uk account-holders can book tickets for events.
