London sightseeing walk: Central London

Thursday 26 September 2024 - 1:15pm - 3:30pm
Starts at National Gallery

New to London and want to see the sights? We've got you covered! Join us to see the best that London has to offer as you settle in our brilliant city for the first time. We’ll be walking between some of the best and most Instagrammable places in London, with time for taking photos and videos, and fun facts to impress your family and friends.

Meet at the National Gallery, in front of the statue of James II (What 3 words: chip.pulse.head). Or if you're a public transport first-timer, meet us on campus (main reception, Stratford campus) at 12:30 to travel together to the first location. Just remember to bring a pre-paid Oyster card or contactless debit card to pay for your own travel. This will be an estimated cost of £3 each way.

The actual walking time for this activity is roughly one hour (not including stopping time for photos), but will vary depending on the speed of the group. If you have any accessibility needs please let us know. Make sure to bring water, debit card, snacks, comfortable shoes and your phone or camera!
